and expecting something different to happen. Well the answer of this simple question is even simple than the question, it’s probably seeing happening during holiday time when we end up by doing same thing and lead up being stressed, miserable and mad
. So here are the list of things we are require to do in order to make our holiday free from mad encounters.
1) Don't spend too
much.
Festival could well be a reason to dry out your pockets,
especially when your colleagues hands you a list of their demand and
expectation so it’s better let us not exchange a gift this year as it lengths
your credit bill.
2) Don't entertain in
a way that is more work than fun.
We understand you do love to invite your guest for dinner
and that adds up load if we see it practically. Shop, cook, clean up and cook
again this things could really add more hectic session better make it like a
potluck and ask your guest to bring a dessert or even main course and one of
your guest offers you a help while you are in kitchen do not hesitate to accept
their offer.
Stick to your lifestyle and do not throw a party a day
before if it’s not under a schedule if it’s on Sunday, make it on Sunday.
3) Don't have
inflated family expectations.
Expect an irritating comment like your aunty who every year
says the Turkey you have served is dry and another question which might come as
a blinder like you looking fat or like why you still working there if you hate
that job, this all question are relatively very irritating but think
practically they mean it and if you did not like the words and question than
simple don’t invite them again.
4) Don't say
"yes" to everyone.
Well it’s a holiday time expect an invitation from carpool
moms, soccer team moms, bridge club, book club, golfing buds, do not say yes to
everyone, just skip this moment by saying happy holiday by that we does not
mean you have to say no to everyone just draw a line.
5) Don't exempt your
employer from #4.
Holiday times are a moment when your office spends a lot in
decorating holiday banquet and if you feel like the amount should have been
deposited in your pay checks then walk to a doors of your managing crew and
urge them to think about holiday bonus.
6) Don't stay up past your bedtime if doing so leaves you a
wreck the next day.
We do understand you love to see a concert and it becomes
more irresistible when your favourite artist is playing behind but staying late
till 11.30 is not a good idea when you have office next day it’s better to stay
till 9.30 and wait for a weekends to come.
7) Don't follow the
crowds.
Don’t go with a crowd as it could be stressful, fighting for
parking spots, standing in long lines, feeling suffocated all are a symptoms of
you being at crowd. So it avoid all this stressful idea we prefer you better go
online and shop everything.
8) Don't forget to
add a little spirituality in the holiday experience.
Whether you pay a visit in a church, mosque, synagogue or your
favourite easy chair, syop and appreciate a beauty and thank god for being so
generous.
